Submitting your scan for an expert Radeterno review takes less than 10 minutes. This complete walkthrough covers file formats, submission methods, what to include, and what to expect after you submit.
What You'll Need Before You Start
- Your imaging files : ideally in DICOM format (.dcm) which contains full image data. JPEG, PNG, or PDF versions of your report are also accepted.
- Your written radiology report (PDF): if available. Even if the report is in a language other than English, submit it.
- A brief clinical summary: 3–5 sentences describing your symptoms, when they started, your relevant medical history, and the clinical question you want the radiologist to address.
- Your email address :for report delivery.
Submission Methods
Via WeTransfer (Recommended for large DICOM files)
Go to wetransfer.com, upload your scan files (up to 2GB free), enter support@radeterno.com as the recipient, and include your name and clinical summary in the message field. Send the transfer and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Via Email (For smaller files under 25MB)
Attach your PDF report and any available imaging files to an email addressed to support@radeterno.com. Include your full name, contact number, clinical summary, and specify whether you'd like an MRI review or CT review.
Via the Website Upload Form
Visit d2capp.com, click "Upload Your Scan Report," fill in your details, select your scan type, upload files, and add a message with your clinical context. Submit the form and you'll receive an acknowledgment.
After You Submit: What Happens Next?
Acknowledgment (within a few hours)
You'll receive an email confirming your submission has been received and your case is being assigned to a qualified radiologist.
Expert Review (24–48 hours)
Your radiologist thoroughly reviews all submitted imaging and context. If any additional information is needed, they will contact you directly.
Report Delivery
You receive your complete annotated report by email. The report includes a structured written interpretation plus annotated images with key findings highlighted.
Payment
Only after receiving your report do you complete payment via the secure payment link provided. Reports are priced between $60–$100 depending on imaging complexity.
Privacy Assurance: All files shared with Radeterno are handled with strict confidentiality. Your imaging data is never shared with any third party and is used exclusively for the purpose of your review.
